Shipping:
Orders will be processed and shipped from Julia Sclar Pottery within 5-7 business days of receipt; however weekends and Holidays do not count as business days.The shipping cost of your online order will be calculated automatically by the shopping cart taking into account your geographic location and the items weight that you order. The shipping fee includes postage as well as the necessary packaging and processing of your order.

My primary shipping method is USPS. However I may use UPS or FedEx at my discretion.  This will not affect your shipping cost and you will still be charged the amount that was in your shopping cart at the time of order. Parcel Post orders shipped to Hawaii can take from 4-6 weeks according to the USPS website.

 

​Order Discrepancy:
Check your order immediately upon receipt: any discrepancy must be reported to me within 10 days after you receive your shipment. Otherwise, I reserve the right to decline consideration of a discrepancy report.

Damaged Goods:
If your order was damaged by USPS or by Common Carrier, please email me immediately. Do not continue to unpack the items if you notice damage. Retain all damaged items and packing materials. Contact the carrier immediately to report the damage and request an inspection.
